A: Before you can sign up for a Hollywood Franchise Account™ you must of course first be a registered Hollywood Franchise™ with the Hollywood Services Group™. Assuming you are already registered, you telephone the Customer Services desk for assistance.

Q: How do I sign in/out to my Hollywood Franchise Account™?
A: If you wish to sign in to your Hollywood Franchise Account™ select the "Franchise Account Sign In" option at the bottom of the homepage. Then enter your username, i.e. Hollywood Franchise License™ #, and password when and where prompted. To sign out of your Hollywood Franchise Account™ select the "Sign Out" option at the top of the interface when ready.

Q: My personal details have changed. How can I change my personal details online?
A: It's simple. Just log in to your Hollywood Franchise Account™ and then select "Change Personal Details" in the interface menu. When you're done entering your new personal details click the submit button. Updates may take up to 48 hours to show on your account.
